Today, I am a Beach Goddess! Eat your heart out, Amanda!
Ok, so I'm a Bare Essentials Beach Goddess. LOL...I just love BE! I think I found them last summer on QVC...I can't remember now how long I've been using them, but I just love it! Well back in the fall or something there was a TSV Goddess collection one day. Of course, I ordered it. I mean heck, the little velvet pouch that came with it was purple! LOL..gotta have it. You could either just buy that one time or sign up on auto-delivery to receive the following year, the rest of the Goddess Collection. My next shipment came in April, just before my wedding. Little white velvet pouch with goodies inside. hehehe...I can't remember the name of that one. But last week I got my next one - The Beach Goddess Collection! Cute teal velvet pouch, some new brushes, lip liner in a pretty pink color, lip gloss called Reef, blush, 2 eye glimmers the colors of the ocean with cool iridescent glows. They all have ocean names, like seashell, etc. So today I put on my cute white linen capris (i think they hit my ankle at first, then I washed them and they shrank!), a teal top, my cute white sandal flip~flops (that I would NEVER wear to the White House! LOL), toe rings, teal anklet sparkle on left foot and the cute pooka~shell anklet my best friend (MOH at my wedding) got me from Hawaii a couple years ago. Did all my Beach Goddess make~up and now i'm all stylin' and lookin' like I should hit the beach! hehehe...and when I first got here today, a co-worker said how great my eyes looked! hehe...
Yup....I'm all Beach Goddessy today....I will have Rob fan me with a palm frond when I get home. LOL...

P.S. Things are still crazy. Had a hard day today. Found out yesterday that one of the ICU nurses was abusive to my father last night. I love him so much. After 1 stroke & 3 heart failures in one month I get very mad thinking of some one slapping and hurting my dad. I cried at first today when I found out. Then I got mad & try as hard as I might, I almost hunted the woman down. I've never felt such rage. So, I'm going to try to sleep, wish me luck. I'll try to shoot you an e-mail tomorrow if the day allows me some R&R time. I miss talking to you more regularly. Hugs

I'm still in the mood to hunt her down, but I'm doing all I can to control it. I am working hard on getting her fired though. What scum! I certainly don't want her near my father again & I know others would feel the same way if they knew who was taking care of their loved ones! So, now that I know this lady is abusive, I really feel it's my duty to get her fired so she doesn't hurt anyone else in ICU. My dad said she got ruff with his roommate too, but he cannot talk because he is on a ventilator. Can you believe someone doing that to such sick people? My goodness.
