C'est Moi! This one's for you!

Well, I was answering back Sophia in a comment and it got soooo long I decided to just make it a post. My blog..I can do what I want. hehehe...

No, I'm not doing the Fat Fighter Challenge...too sick right now. Altho, even if I wasn't sick...I wouldn't have done it (sorry Edith and Amanda). It just isn't something I wanted to do. LOL...but I may toss in an "extra" prize for them on the incentive. Don't know yet. Sent an email to Edith and she thought it was a good idea, so I guess I will email Amanda and see what she thinks.

On my ratio thing...that's 40-30-30...40% carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein. I was doing this before NS and the only reason I joined NS is because the plan kind of follows that premise. They do a bit more carbs and a bit less fat/protein, but it's the same guidelines. So the funny thing about that person on the NS board saying I was sarcastic and snippy about it...LOL...SHE'S BASICLY DOING IT WITH THAT EDIETS THING (because ediets mentioned they follow a 40-30-30). All I was letting her know and anyone else, was that why pay ediets for the 40-30-30 plan when you can buy the damn book for $16! LOLOL...it ain't rocket science. Some people get one stupid ass thought in their head and are never willing to "see" anything else. She also should read the book "Who Moved My Cheese"...regarding that you sometimes have to change things for the better and see things in a new light. In my eyes, a required reading for everyone. LOL...you will find yourself as one of the 4 characters in that book. One of the best books I've ever read and it's short enough to read all in a couple hours. Not to mention you get so caught up in it, that you can't put it down. LOL...

Ok, that's my rant for the day!
I see on the NSBB you didn't sleep all night again...hope you are sleeping now and get some good ZZZZZ's.

Okay - NOW I get it! (your email that is). ;) Yeah - I was wondering whether snippy comes from being snipped?? LOL

I haven't read 'who moved my cheese' - but have heard of it - one of my clients was on a big ol' kick with that right before I did their software implementation...guess I should go read it! :)

If it's along the lines of the definition of insanity (doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result) - I'm all for change! :)

Slept from 5-11 this morning - I'm okay - but need to get off this crazy insomnia phase...'tired' of it!

FEEL BETTER!!!!

Now, I've heard of "Who cut the cheese?" ... but not of who moved it. Hell, I've even cut it a few times myself.

Guess I'll have to check that one out.
