Big Brother

Boy...this show is making me laugh this year. Usually, my mom and I are rooting for the same side. Not this summer. She likes the Nerd Herd and I like the others. However, it has become more amusing to watch James just sit back and watch each side pick each other off. LOL..it will serve them all right if he ends up winning. I only wish Jen wasn't the first one on the jury. It would have made for some great TV if she had to show up at the sequestor house with Kaysar already there...teehee. So according to RealtyHQ site, it sounds like they are going to get rid of Rachel this week. And I know I'm not the only one who wants to smack the shit out of Ivette and April. Especially Ivette. What a bitch! I can't stand her.

Went shopping today for some frames to put some of my wedding pics in for the office. And speaking of Big Brother Watching....boy, things around work are weird. People warn me everyday to never ever say anything negative about my job, etc. Simple things like "man, I haven't had a vacation in forever. This place is really burning me out." Apparently, stuff like that makes its way back to Admin and they start watching you closely. Monitoring your email (which I think they do already), keeping tabs on how much time you spend on the internet at work vs. actually doing your job. LOL... I'm totally trying to stay off the internet at work unless it's job related. I rarely go on now even during my lunch break. I have deleted all my favorites except for a few. None of us feel safe from being fired anymore. Especially when Admin is constantly telling us "Don't worry - you can tell us anything. There won't be any repercussions." Yeah right - we see people stand up for themselves all the time and then get in trouble or fired. We don't buy it. I seriously gotta watch my P's & Q's.

My new analog-to-digital converter is on it's way. Can't wait! Then I can burn my wedding video to DVD. :-)

I've cheated on my NS some on Saturday, as usual. But I watched my portion sizes and feel I did way better than I have in the past. The weekends are always my downfall. I usually do bad on Sunday's too, but this week I was 100% on Sunday! Didn't get all my water in either day, but I'm happy with my progress to not the let weekend get the best of me. I've been 100% Monday and Tuesday as well. Did my treadmill Monday morning. Skipped today and will get up early Wednesday again. Which means I'm off to bed after I post this. :-)

Has anyone heard from Edith??? I'm still worried about her and she's not posting to her blog or any of ours lately. I hope she's ok.
