I got caught up in a TV program tonite, so real quick, my Wednesday update on food and water is this: For the 3rd day in a row I was 100%!!! Got all my water in and food on plan. Still didn't do the treadmill...when I got home at 530pm, the roofers were still here and didn't leave until 6pm. I just felt strange with them here. Plus I got this CD of wedding pics to look at! LOL...ok, it's 10:30pm now and I'm off to bed and going to try real hard to get up at 5:15am to exercise before the roofers come back.
Now who the heck am I giving the evil eye too??? LOL...funny pic.
