I'm sad...Rob called the guys trying to fix our computer and I guess it's too far gone. They could find no programs in our Add/Remove programs list. The Run option is gone. Basicly all options for help are gone. Now we will need to wipe it clean and start over from the recovery disc's that Rob made last fall. The thing that really pisses me off is that we have Norton Anti-Virus that we run once a week (or more if we feel something is weird), we ran spyware programs. Nothing found whatever it was that we all of a sudden got. We have a firewall set up and a router. We have always taken every precaution to keep our computer safe and running well. Even the GeekSquad has no idea what virus we had. It's that far gone. I'm sad that I will lose all my email addy's, etc. It makes me sick. Worse, it makes me want to kill the bastards who have nothing better to do than sit around writing these programs to ruin people's computers. They can all rot in HELL as far as I'm concerned. Fuck them all.
Excuse me while I cry now.

Awww. I'm sorry. We had Norton once and thought it sucked. Try AVG this time around.
Heather, what's AVG?? we just paid for Norton this past March too! so we are good with them until next spring. We've never had any problems before. It's so weird. My friend here at work like's McAfee. Have you ever used them?

That stinks! I have been running weekly scans, and so far they come up "clean" but now I am second gussing that too! So sorry to hear about your computer loss.
