A Brief Hiatus...

Sorry guys that I haven't posted in a week's time. And it's going to continue this week as well. I'm not feeling well (getting a sore throat) and I'm just not up for posting anything here right now. I've been really depressed over gaining back my weight as well and I'm trying to get that under control. I will continue checking in on you all tho, and leaving you comments on your blogs. Have a great week! See you in a while....

Jan,
I am sorry you are not feeling well. I hope you feel better soon. Try not to be depressed about the weight gain, I know that is easy to say but being depressed will only make it worse at least for me it does.
The hustle and bustle of the holidays don't help either. Slow down , take a deep breath and put yourself first. I will say a prayer that you feel better. Now put a smile on your face, and don't worry it will be OK. Just take care of yourself.

Now that does not sound like the Jan I am used to hearing. I am going to attribute it to you not feeling well. Just get some rest and feel better soon. Please don't let the holiday blahs drag you down.

Keep smiling!

ohhhh, Jan! I hate that you are feeling crappy. Don't get down and out over the weight issue. I always figured it like houework... it's always going to be there. Tackle it when you feel better...but don't go too far...we love you and you help us all keep it going~
Big hugs coming your way....:o)

Jan, get better soon! It's just not the same without your Flashback Friday and Toddler Tuesday. I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I'm still getting over the cold from hell, so I know what you're talking about. And don't worry about the weight gain---forget about it while you're sick. You need to get well before you think of anything else. I put on a few pounds in the past few weeks, even being 100% and totally stressed out. This is the hardest time of year to lose--and I'm not talking holidays here. Our bodies want to hold on to that fat to stay warm! Take care. I hope you're better soon.

Feel better vibes are headed your way! And, I hear ya about the depression over gaining.

I love the holidays and yet I hate them at times too.

We'll make it though. We have in the past and we will again this year!

My hubby absolutely hates the holidays and I am starting to follow his lead. People gain weight, get sick and spend lots of money on gifts that they cannot afford.

Lets forget about the holidays and concentrate on us and don't worry about anyone else. Is that selfish enough?

Get well soon - I look forward to your posts and comments.
