I'm home and doing ok. It took a bit longer than they thought, as my dr. decided to change part of the procedure. Instead of doing a biopsy, she opted to do a D&C and what's called a LEAP. She scrapped the entire inside of the uterus. She also took a sample from the cervix. I guess she got the more detailed report a couple days ago and it showed the abnormal cell growth to be more in the "severe" or "cancer" stage. So she wanted a more thorough look. It will be a couple weeks before I get the results, so I have a follow~up appt with her to check me out again and go over results.
I'm doing good. Just ate dinner (on plan) and am drinking my water. I thought i'd be more hungry since it has been almost 24 hrs since I had eaten or drank anything, but surprisingly I'm not. weird.
Also, I turned off my word verification for the time being. If I start getting a ton of spam again, I will turn it back on. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

Ok, when you said "scraped the entire inside of the uterus" I about lost my lunch. That's sounds absolutely horrible.
I'm glad this part is over with. I hope there's no more scraping of anything. Glad you're doing better and I'm thinkin' 'bout ya, girlfriend. :)
