Remember When...

Remember when candy hearts had the printing all nice and centered? What is up with this stuff? A friend sent me these in the mail at work. It gave me a great smile to get them. I knew I wouldn't eat them. I just don't enjoy the taste of these anymore. So I tucked them in my desk drawer and decided to bring them home, thinking they'd make a great desktop pic for Valentine's Day. Not. LOL....as soon as I saw them, I was sooo disappointed! Off centered wording, written off the heart completely, blurry, unreadable. Sad. Just sad.
Ok, one person sent me their "treat" that they made for V~Day for the contest. Anyone else do anything they want to enter in the contest? If not, then I guess we won't be having a contest for V~Day! LOLOL...oh well. Let me know if you still plan on doing the contest, otherwise, I'm calling it a washout.
Hope everyone had a great day and made it thru!
LOL...I saw this over at Tina's blog (Redsgirl) & finally played. Too funny! Does it fit me or what?!! Plus I love Italian! hehehe....

You Are Italian Food

Comforting yet overwhelming.
People love you, but sometimes you're just too much.

That totally fits you, but in a good way, so don't take that wrong!

I forgot about the contest, too. Eh. V-Day's over...let's move on to something new.

As for the hearts, I think they used to have 12-year-old girls from foreign countries hand write the sayings on each individual heart, but of course those damn child labor laws took care of that. Now they have a machine run by some fatass. He doesn't care how they turn out.

Those hearts still crack me up. And they never did taste that good. It was more the novelty. I didn't make anything, so I can't play.

I always loved those hearts, except for the white ones...but I am admittedly kooky, so there you go! I've wondered about that one ooompa loompa who's not holding the stamp correctly...lol. I guess they figure kids aren't interested in reading anyway.
