Wednesday's Humpity~Bumps

Wednesday sucked.

Work sucked.

It's this whole PMS shit. I just want it to start so I can get this last TOM over and done with. The last one forever. The last one for the rest of my life. Yippee~Skip. *she's says sarcasticly*. I'll be happy once it starts and finishes. God help my husband until that happens. LOL....it does figure...the last period of my life and it's the worse PMS I think I've ever had! And I started these fuckers in 5th grade!

Breakfast:
Sara Lee Bagel, toasted (130 cals, 10g pro!)
2 tbsp. FF creamcheese mixed w/vanilla, sugar sub, cinn.
SF applesauce cup

Lunch:
Turkey sandwich w/multi-grain bread
LF mayo
mustard
FF cheese slice
salad w/cuke, LF dressing

Snack:
Strawberries w/FF cool whip

Dinner:
Tia Rosa Tortilla bread for pizza base

lean ground turkey
pizza sauce
salad w/LF dressing

2 Trader Joe's parm. cheesesticks (yeah yeah, but it was a bad day and I already had Amy on my butt for these)

Protein - 43g

Dessert:
SF Eskimo Pie

Extra:
1 Hershey's mini bar at MIL's after work when we went to wish her Happy Bday. (yeah yeah, heard it from Amy) - and hey! i wanted chocolate all day at work but Amy kept emailing harrassing me and saying NO!

Protein - .60 - HA! that cracked me up when I looked up the stats online!

I hear ya on the PMS, Jan. You did pretty well all things considered. And way to go getting a little extra protein in! :) And I totally tagged you...heehee.
