Oh man! The weather last night and today was crazy! Pouring rain all night, so windy that it kept moving our garbage can up on the sidewalk. Rob finally moved it up on the porch. LOL..then put it back out this morning before he left for work. Then we had tornado warnings around 10am. Yes, tornado warnings. Yes, I live in Sacramento, California. LOL...When I got home tonight, the sky was blue, the sun was shining and the clouds were big ass fluffy!

Breakfast:

Tia Rosa Tortilla Bread
1/2 cup FF refried beans (heated in micro) spread on top
1/4 cup mozz. FF cheese
put in oven at 450/500 so cheese melts good - just watch and take out a few min's later.

I didn't have any salsa so I put a little taco sauce on top for flavor.
Next time I want to add some tomatoes (didnt have any) and some FF sour cream (didn't have any).
