We had a firm mtg at noon with lunch served. I ate 1/2 early at my desk. LOL...I'm glad I chose to stay 100%. They had those awful sandwiches I hate. They had the big ass cookies I love tho, but I didn't even look in their direction. Good thing I was stuffed from lunch. hehehe....
Last Friday I weighed in at 172.5.
Today I was 171.5. Yay me! 1 pound loss for the week.
