Thursday's Twangs

Breakfast:
Tosted English Muffin

Lunch:
Roast Beef sandwich w/multi-grain bread
LF mayo/mustard
FF cheese slice
Salad w/cuke/LF dressing
SF jello cup
Total - 362
Protein - 23g

Snack:
Strawberries w/FF cool whip
LF mozz. stringcheese
Total - 135
Protein - 9g

Dinner:
Trader Joe's Bambino Pizza
Broccoli
Salad w/LF dressing
Total - 355
Protein - 19g

Dessert:
SF Eskimo Pie
Total - 120
Protein - 3g

Daily Total = 1242
Daily Protein = 67g (kind of low!)

Water = 74 oz.
1 diet vanilla pepsi


Then we walked all over IKEA for 2 hours. Our first time in one. Very interesting store. Love the way they lay it out. I do however, want to chop off my legs below the knees! LOL
