Introducing.....Molly & Maggie O'Hara!

The Girls have finally come out of hiding! Molly came out yesterday and Maggie finally came out tonight after I got home from work. I think she was jealous of Molly getting all the petting attention! LOL...They are still adjusting, but I think have finally realized that we aren't going to hurt them and that it isn't that bad here after all. They love attention. So we've just been giving them oodles of it. The went back under the couch when we were making dinner tho. I think they were a bit freaked by all the kitchen noises going on. But now as I sit here writing this, they are both laying on the floor by me giving themselves a bath. hehehe....Rob is already in bed.

This is Molly...

and her sister, Maggie....

Yesterday the temp started that will be filling in for me while I'm out on leave for 6 weeks. My boss asked me to take her and one of my co-workers out to lunch. Yes, the firm pays. So, after eating over the weekend and doing so well, I really didn't want to spoil my good eating streak with yucky food. And there isn't a whole lot of nice places to go around my work. But we ended up going to the 4th Street Grille. They constantly change their menu, so you never know what you may get. LOL...But I chose the turkey sandwich and had them leave off the mayo, bacon and avocado. I then only ate 1/2 and took the rest back to my co-worker who never eats lunch because she doesn't have time to leave during lunch. LOL...and I only ate a few of the fries. I must have done something right, because I didn't gain any weight!

Today I made sure to stay on the low end of my calorie scale. I did pretty darn good if I say so myself!

Jan, you are doing awesome with the food. I am so proud of you! You did awesome at lunch.

Your cats are darling. My sister has one that looks just like Maggie. I hope you enjoy them, and I'm glad they're coming out of their shells. That didn't take long!

I was a little disappointed after reading your first sentence: "The Girls have finally come out of hiding!" I thought I was gonna get to see Jan's jugs.

Nice job on the food choices ... and your dessert looks yummers.
