Wow! I've become a REALLY bad blogger!

LOL....I can't believe I haven't blogged since last Sept! Right before my vacation to go visit Amy! wow...I have tons of great pics to share from that was well.

I am still around. I visit the NS board in the evenings but rarely post. I just caught up with the NS Shrinkers Club blog and will start posting over there again too.

I have stayed the same weight basically....just bouncing around the same fucking 5 pounds over and over and over. I'm sick of it. Today was yet another *last straw* for me. I overslept and didnt get up to do my treadmill. I have barely worked out at all this entire month. Amy called me at 5am Monday morning and she even got up and worked out at the same time that I was! Thanks Amy!

Then work lately has really sucked. They laid off 12 people right before Halloween and all of us staff now just are walking around on eggshells wondering when it's our turn. We no longer feel like loyalty or hard work matters. And apparently it doesn't. The shareholders wanted a better bonus, so the only way to get it was to cut back on staff. Fucking greedy bastards. Sorry Bob. But I'm not making that up. Thats the reason they did it. We are in great financial shape. The best ever in the history of the firm. But they wanted more. So now they got it. And they will want more next year, so it will happen again. They are going full technology and want less staff to do things and the atty's will start doing more of their own work. When our new accounting system gets put into place by end of summer next year, we are guessing that our boss has promised that 1/2 of us will be gone. So we are feeling really used right now. The whole thing is sooo sad. And for them to walk out sec'ts that have been there for 20 yrs and given their all, and to treat them like a criminal...and not allow them to say one word to any other staff member or even take home their personal belongings....they were allowed to get their purse and that was all. And they pulled the rest of us into a meeting while they escorted those laid off out of the building. And THEN they even hired security guards for all 3 floors for the following day! In plain clothes of course...so as to not arouse suspecion.

So what the fuck? Like any of those people would come back and cause trouble! And one woman in our HR had been there 30 yrs!!! One week they give her a party with 2 cakes...a week later they let her go! And she had plans to retire in 2 yrs! So now they dont have to pay her retirement! Bastards! She's in her 60s!!!! Like she can go out and get another job and hope for retirement!

So anyway, thats a major reason why I haven't updated. Just totally not up to it. I will seriously try to be better. Perhaps it will help me stay on track. Even tho I had a really bad day today, I did get on that stupid treadmill at 8:40pm and did 2.25 miles total. with 2 miles in 29 mins exactly. A new personal best. I also ran a 1/2 lap at 5.0 and held in my abs. LOLOL...boy they hated me for that! hehehe...

Off to bed...Amy is calling me again at 5am my time so I can get up and workout again. Ugh. LOL
