Saturday's Synopsis

Breakfast:
Toasted Sara Lee Bagel
FF Milk
Banana
Total - 270
Protein - 18g

Lunch:
NS thin pizza
LF mozz. stringcheese (melted on pizza too)
Salad w/cuke/LF dressing
SF jello cup
Total - 297
Protein - 19g

Snack:
Amy's Strawberry Shake w/spoonful of cool whip on top
Total - 130
Protein - 9g

Dinner:
Turkey Burger w/multi grain bread
FF cheese slice/tomato slice
MIL's homemade french fries
Total - 280 + the fries ?
Protein - 34g at least

Dessert:

A piece of MIL's bday cake (ended up being 2 small pieces) sigh..i'm sooo weak! LOL
Total - ???
Protein - ???

Daily Total = 977 + fries + cake
Daily Protein = 80g at least

Water = 80 oz.

We always eat at the inlaws on Sat. nights, so I will always end up having more on this night. However, I did actually pretty good! Usually my weekends are always junk all day, both days.

I also got in 1.5 miles on the treadmill this morning before we went out to get cat supplies for our new household additions coming tomorrow!!! Yay!!! :-)

Add 250 cals for the fries... (Amount - Like a small size of McDonalds)
Add 500 cals for the cake... (2 small pieces make one BIG piece, Jan)

All and all... I think you did well, Jan... It's all about portion control. And I think you have mastered that art already. Good for you!

Thanks Edith! That means my daily total for yesterday would be just under 2000! around 1800. not bad!
